The crew of Apollo 20 was not right because Charles Conrad had already walked on the moon, so the crew was redone:

Stu Roosa (CDR)
Jack Lousma (CMP)
Don Lind (LMP)


Apollo 20 was supposed to be the last of the Apollo missions, but the last one was Apollo 17 because of budget cuts.
